Is Scott Summers calling it quits on the X-Men, or something else?
Add another Marvel hero to those that are calling it quits.
The publisher has sent out a third image proclaiming « I Quit!, » this time featuring Cyclops. Like the Hulk image before, this re-uses artwork from a previous release – in this case Mark Bagley’s cover to All-New X-Men #1.
It’s unknown what exactly the characters are quitting, although Cyclops memorably quit the X-Men for a time inUncanny X-Men #138.
This marks the third « I Quit! » image after the aforementionedTotally Awesome Hulk and the original All-New All-Different Avengers image by Alex Ross.
All three are pointing to Tuesday, July 5 as the date for more to be revealed on this marketing promotion
